Athletic development as well as on the field performance is directly related to functional strength, speed and quickness for all sports. Trainings will be specifically focused on improving athletic movement with the introduction of resistance training, weight lifting and plyometrics to develop strength, power and speed while enhancing balance and flexibility.
EPA Strength programming consists of functionally sound movement training, strength training and conditioning with a strong focus on basic and proper technique. The workout becomes progressively more challenging once basic techniques have been mastered. All groups are led by EPA certified trainers and qualified staff members to allow maximum attention.
